Why generic RSVP tools do not fit
Most wedding RSVP tools were built around a Western template: one ceremony, one reception, one yes-or-no. Point them at a wedding that runs from Wednesday to Sunday and they collapse. You end up creating five separate events, sending five separate links, and manually stitching the answers back together.

The meal counts that actually matter
A vegetarian and non-vegetarian split is not enough for most South Asian weddings. Guests need to be able to say what they actually eat, and the kitchen needs the number early enough to source for it.
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian — counted per function, since the mix changes by day
- Jain — no root vegetables, and a kitchen that has not cooked Jain before needs proper warning
- Halal — a clear number for a kitchen that has to source and prepare separately
- Vegan and gluten-free — increasingly common among younger and overseas guests
- Allergies — a free-text note tied to the guest's name
- Child meals — priced differently, so counted differently

When a meaningful part of the guest list is travelling from another country, you are not only collecting attendance. You are collecting logistics.

Invitations in the language your family actually uses
Hloo Events writes the invitation message and the follow-up reminder for each guest list, in English or Hinglish. You copy it and send it from your own WhatsApp, so it arrives from a number your relatives recognise instead of from a service they have never heard of.
That single detail does more for your response rate than anything else, because a link from an unknown sender gets ignored and a link from a family member gets opened.

Can I invite different relatives to different functions?
Yes, and this is the core of it. You build guest lists and choose which functions each list can see. People invited only to the reception never see the haldi.
Does it handle Jain and halal counts?
Yes. Jain works on the free plan alongside vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Halal, vegan, gluten-free and free-text allergy notes are available with Pro.
Can the invitation be in Hinglish?
Yes. The message generator writes in English or Hinglish, per guest list, and you send it from your own WhatsApp.
We have relatives who are not comfortable with apps. Will they manage?
They only tap a link and tick some boxes. There is no account, no password and nothing to install, which is exactly why it works for older guests.
Can I track who is staying which nights?
Yes, with Pro. You can collect accommodation nights, airport pickup and inter-venue transport as part of the same reply.
