Questions people ask
Can I invite different departments to different sessions?
Yes. You create separate guest lists and choose which sessions each list can see, so the engineering track and the all-company dinner can live inside the same event.
Do attendees need a company login or SSO?
No. Each person gets a link that works in any browser. There is nothing to install and nothing for IT to provision.
Can I export attendance for expense or compliance records?
Yes. CSV export gives you the full list with names, responses per session and dietary choices, which is usually what finance and compliance want.
What if the headcount changes after I have booked the venue?
Guests can update their reply until you close the RSVP, and the dashboard updates live. Export a fresh CSV whenever the venue asks for a revised guarantee.
Is there a limit on attendees?
The free plan covers up to 400 replies. Pro removes the limit for a single event at CAD $50. Ultimate Planner covers up to five events at CAD $200.
How do we pay?
Interac e-Transfer within Canada or UPI within India. If your company needs an invoice or a different method, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.
